What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers or embedded third-party content. When you use a form on this site, the message is composed in your browser and opened in WhatsApp; nothing is stored on this website or sent to us until you choose to send the message.

What we hold when you contact us

If you call, message, email or WhatsApp us we keep your name, contact details, the address of the property and the details of the leak so that we can quote, carry out and invoice the work and prepare your report. We keep this for as long as needed to complete the work and to meet our legal obligations, typically six years for accounting records.

Reports and photographs

Leak detection reports contain photographs, thermal images and readings taken at your property. They are prepared for you and shared only with you, or with your insurer or loss adjuster at your request. We may use anonymised photographs of pipework and equipment for this website; we never publish addresses, names or images that identify a property.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details with anyone except where needed to carry out the work (for example a plasterer or flooring contractor making good after a repair), where you ask us to send a report to your insurer, or where the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on the number or email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
